I’m sure it’s cliche to say the toughest, lowest point of my life brought me here, but here is exactly where I wouldn’t be if not for the things my heart has lived through.

After the unexpected loss of my brother and years of infertility that left me feeling lost, I finally started writing again, chasing my dream, and practicing a little self-love. If there’s one thing loss has taught me, it’s that life is too short to fill it with things that don’t bring you joy.

I love writing swoon-worthy romance with lovable and flawed characters, loads of humor (sometimes of the immature variety), and a healthy, heart-racing, author-cursing dose of drama on the way to a happily ever after.

A Canadian girlie who grew up on hockey rinks and hot chocolate in the winter, and drinking from the hose in the summer, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else with my husband, kiddos, and four-legged babies.
